Architecture, Building and Structure Design CR Land Luyang MiXC Retail by Aico Ltd A series of signature spaces have been created, such as the sky sports park with the first ever cantilevered running track on a shopping mall in mainland China. With a well-designed retail circulation, the designers fit a horse-track loop inside the 75 m depth of floor plan so they can accommodate more than 220 tenants with a 76,115 sqm GFA, which gives visitors a more diverse shopping experiences. A unique green space is also introduced at every level of the mall to enhance indoor and outdoor connections.
