Idyll of Saikung Visitor Centre

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Idyll of Saikung Visitor Centre by Architectural Services Department Situated in the idyll of Sai Kung, the project Hoi Ha Visitor Centre, creates a retreat for visitors in the countryside enabling their close contact with nature, which has become rare in the city of Hong Kong. It is designed as a rural settlement with individual buildings organically related to the landscape. The design creates a small-town like atmosphere with varieties of veranda and courtyards closely knitted together that reinterprets the idea of old traditional village in a new manner.
