Architecture, Building and Structure Design Wenzhou Vanke Center Commerce and Office Building by FENG CHENG Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are. The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.
