The swimming pool is located in a patio protected by the house and the garden with a microclimate suitable for mid-season. On the front, the garden is the island from the private road. In the basement, a courtyard gives air to the rooms, also allowing the entry of sunlight. A series of solar panels contributes to the energy containment of the building made with the latest technologies for energy efficiency.
