Architecture, Building and Structure Design 272 Gallery Multifunctional Space by Qiuwen Luo It is a renovation project aiming to balance an integration between old and new. The designer achieved three respects. Respect context with minimum intervention in this brick and concrete structure of the 1980s. Respect nature by designing the window frame outside the window and adjusting the window frame according to the view. When looking from inside, as if the window itself has disappeared, which perfectly presenting the pure green outside. Respect the years by using iron elements echoing with the mottled walls which strengthens the atmosphere of space.
