Architecture, Building and Structure Design Palm 1890 Hospitality Residence by S.A.I.T. Studio Palm 1890 is a mixed use coastal development located in Alacati, Izmir. The project combines residential units and boutique hotel functions within a unified architectural composition shaped by the Aegean topography. A carefully stepped massing strategy ensures uninterrupted sea views for all units while supporting privacy and spatial clarity. Planted terraces and water features strengthen the connection between built form and landscape, creating a calm and climate responsive living environment that encourages outdoor continuity and year round usability across the site.
