Mountain House Residential

David Guerra

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Mountain House Residential by David Guerra The Design was made for a family: the mother, her two married sons, her daughter-in-law and her grandchildren, to serve as a weekend refugee. It is located in a condominium in the outskirts of the city, surrounded by an ecological reserve. The mountains are the main attraction of the site, with all private and social areas developed in one single level, facing the beautiful view. The verandas of these premises are turned to a grassy courtyard where the swimming pool with a deck, a douche, a water mirror and a cascade is located.
