House 24 Residential Architecture

Lim Koon Park

Architecture, Building and Structure Design House 24 Residential Architecture by Lim Koon Park House 24 is a bungalow in Singapore that captures the idyllic setting and views of an abutting park. The design turned the challenging triangular site to its advantage by mitigating the house’s massing which comprises of two blocks - the main building that runs along the length of the site and the master suite wing tilted to correspond to the angle of the main road. The two blocks outline a V-shape courtyard at the first floor where the users can enjoy outdoor activities with the surrounding views of greenery whilst avoiding the prying eyes of passers-by.
