Architecture, Building and Structure Design Sandscrawler Office by Andrew Bromberg As a regional headquarters for a major entertainment-related company, the project is distinguished from just an office building. Fulfilling the highly defined master planning guidelines, the building floats up to 13 metres above the ground with a sufficiently landscaped courtyard and a 100-person theatre. The external metallic glass skin allows for privacy on the more exposed faces and presents an aerodynamic appearance. Office areas are openly visible to the courtyard with low-iron clear glass.
