Simone Mantovani

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Maestro Residence by Simone Mantovani This residence located in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, was developed creating distinct blocks, according to their functions as living, services and bedrooms, acomodated in three diferent levels with emphasis to space integration. The house faces the backyard providing privacy and comunication to the wide garden. On a bold design, the main stone blinded facade was softened by the vertical garden placed along the water mirror, that leads to the entry of the residence. The social spaces were closed with wide glass sliding panels bringing the feeling of a covered terrace.
