Step House Resort Villa

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Step House Resort Villa by HIROOMI TAKEMORI The project is located one hour by car from city center. Client want to spend his weekend here with his family and friends. This project aimed at suitable house building in a tropical area. The design team of Step House used traditional wooden work roof and door system to keep ventilation and prevent solar radiation. Each floor is slipped and made balcony at south east side. Then upper floor is eaves for lower floor at north west side and prevents the raise of the temperature of this RC structure. Floor in each level has garden expanded toward a beautiful lake.
